Refund Policy

This policy explains how the CapRateGo Pro 30-day money-back guarantee works.

• New CapRateGo Pro subscribers have a 30-day money-back guarantee on their first monthly or yearly subscription.
• If a refund is requested within the first 30 days: the Pro subscription is canceled immediately, the last payment is fully refunded through Stripe, and the account returns to the Free plan.
• After 30 days, the refund button disappears and is replaced by a “Cancel automatic renewal” button.
• If the user cancels after day 30, they keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period and no refund is issued.
• The guarantee applies only to the first subscription. Renewals, past cancellations, or re-subscriptions are not eligible.
